Cancellation Policy
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION
POLICY?
We respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for changes, cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
All changes to scheduled appointments
should be done via Anniston Aesthetics Gloss Genius booking website/app. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive services.
Any appointment missed, cancelled late (without 24 hour notice), or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount.
WHAT IS THE LATENESS POLICY?
While there are no fees associated with lateness, please keep in mind your service will not be extended and time will be docked instead. After 15 minutes, your appointment is considered a no-show, your appointment will not be rescheduled, and the 100% charge will apply.
