APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES YOU SHOULD KNOW: * Avoid the use of non-prescription retinoids and all exfoliants at least 3 days prior to your appointment (7 days for microneedling) * Avoid hair removal services 7 days prior to your facial treatment. Please note that we only accept card payments at this time. Anniston Aesthetics Appointment Retainer & Rescheduling Policy To protect the time and integrity of our service providers, a non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve all appointments at Anniston Aesthetics for all skin care services. 🔒 Retainer Fee Policy: • A $25 retainer is required at the time of booking. • This fee goes toward your service total and secures your appointment slot. • Retainers are non-refundable. 🔁 Rescheduling Guidelines: • You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 24 hours’ notice and the retainer will transfer to your new date. • If you need to reschedule a second time, a new retainer fee is required to book again. • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or late rescheduling (less than 24 hours) will result in the forfeiture of the retainer. 🚫 No-Show Policy: • If you fail to show up to your appointment without prior notice, your retainer will be forfeited. • Clients who no-show may be required to prepay in full to book future appointments.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION
POLICY?
We respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for changes, cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
All changes to scheduled appointments
should be done via Anniston Aesthetics Gloss Genius booking website/app. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive services.
Any appointment missed, cancelled late (without 24 hour notice), or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount.
WHAT IS THE LATENESS POLICY?
While there are no fees associated with lateness, please keep in mind your service will not be extended and time will be docked instead. After 15 minutes, your appointment is considered a no-show, your appointment will not be rescheduled, and the 100% charge will apply.
